There is no better way than to learn than from those that have already experienced everything you are about to. So, after you have taken part in one of our discovery days, we encourage you to talk to other franchisees about their experiences setting up and running a franchise in the industry.

Once you have embarked on your franchise journey, we will match you with one of our business development mentors (BDM). They will be on hand to provide support and will work closely with you and your business to help your business grow and thrive. As well as a development mentor, we have a number of support teams on hand to help you with whatever you may be struggling with – from business development to legal support to marketing.

We always make sure that none of our franchises are in direct competition with each other, so when you set up a franchise you will be given an area that is solely yours with no local competition from anyone in the Belvoir Group.
Branding and Re-Fit
Belvoir, Newton Fallowell and Northwood are well-known and respected brands, so having branding that is already recognised can give your sales and lettings business a head-start in gaining business. Once you’ve found the premises you wish to operate from and got it approved you need to make sure your premises have complete branding before trading.
We understand that starting a business is challenging, which is why we are here to help you with every stage of your journey. To help your business go from strength to strength, we offer a full four-week intensive introduction training course, which will prepare you to handle anything that might come your way. We will also teach you how the Belvoir Group operates and give tips on how to stay ahead of your competitors.
After the initial induction training, we offer regular courses throughout the year at your central office and regional locations, as well as online webinars and courses, so you can be continually developing your knowledge and skills.
Once this is all completed, then it is time for you to leave the traditional 9-5 behind you and embark on the wonderful journey that is owning a sales and lettings franchise with the Belvoir Group.
