Belvoir Franchise Case Studies

Gary has been a franchisee since 2008. He has a team of 8 and they manage around 440 properties. Starting out with a lettings business, he has branched out into sales becoming an estate and letting agent.

Gary’s glad of the support of the group who help him navigate the ever-changing compliance landscape. He makes the most of the team at head office that includes, IT, marketing & business development.

Starting his working life as an electrician, Glenn always had ambitions to run his own business. He’d never heard of Belvoir when he was doing his research but the company stood out to him.

Glenn relied on the support of the group in the early days and has gone on to acquire a business which has become Belvoir Leeds South, his second franchise.

Glenn can focus on growing his business, safe in the knowledge that head office can support him.

Richard is a second-generation franchisee who worked in London and who now works in the family franchise business.

Having experience in both corporate life & as an independent estate agent, he feels that Belvoir offers him the best of both worlds: corporate-level support for his family-run business.

Northwood Franchise Case Studies

Steve started his franchise without any prior sales & lettings industry experience. He found that running a franchise would get him to where he wanted to go 5 years quicker than by starting his own business.

Steve did a lot of research & looked at the businesses behind the franchise offering. Steve was interested finding a business that was profitable before choosing the market.
