Our Discovery Days are where it all begins. Based in our central office in Grantham, you’ll have a personalised one-to-one session which will immerse you in the Belvoir Group and help you to learn what it takes to run a sales and lettings franchise business under Belvoir, Newton Fallowell, Northwood, Lovelle or Nicholas Humphrey’s brands. It’s the initial chance for us to get to know one another a little more, which will enable us to identify suitable opportunities for you, and give you a chance to meet our support teams.
The support we offer our franchisees is unparalleled, and it’s something we pride ourselves on. From the start of your journey with us, we’ll match you with one of our Business Development Mentors (BDM), who will always be available for guidance and support, wherever you are on your franchisee journey. They will work closely with you as you grow your business, and help your business to thrive.
Throughout your entire journey with the Belvoir Group, our central support team is on-hand to help you. Whether that be with business development, legal support, franchise recruitment, IT, finance, assisted acquisitions, marketing, leadership or audit and compliance. You’re never alone in your quest, and we’re always by your side.

Spending time with your Business Development Mentor, together you will ensure that your knowledge is robust and that you can set realistic predictions for your business. With this bigger picture, you’ll have those first steps and foundations for your marketing plan.
By the time of coming toward acceptance, you will have a solid understanding of the marketplace and the potential of your franchise opportunity with the Belvoir Group. Our central support teams will have assisted you with your business plan, financial forecast and ensured that funding is in place. By now, you’ll have also identified the premises, and have a plan for the refit if required. Finally, your plans go to the central office for approval, and you can be formally welcomed into the Belvoir Group fold.

Initially, we offer a four-week training course that will reinforce how the Belvoir Group brands operate, and help you find ways to stand out from your competitors.
