Belvoir would like to congratulate its Birmingham Central office, which is celebrating 15 successful years as a franchise with a move to prestigious new premises in the heart of the city centre.
Belvoir Birmingham Central director Major Mahil explained: “We have operated from offices in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter for the past 15 years, but our business has grown so much that we outgrew the premises and have relocated to a new, larger office in the heart of the city centre! We are now in a prime location on Paradise Circus, which is opposite Birmingham’s Town Hall, and very close to New Street station.
“Belvoir Birmingham Central is a real family business, with my wife Bal a co-director, and my son Reiss working as a negotiator. We believe that we are now the only agency that is located right in the centre of the city, which really helps to set us apart from the competition.
“Being part of the Belvoir franchise for 15 years has been fantastic. The support we receive from people like the CEO Dorian Gonsalves and the team at Central Office is phenomenal and key to our success. We are looking forward to welcoming more landlords and tenants to the new office and providing our outstanding customer service for the next 15 years!”
